Our CSR programmes are built around clearly identified community needs and measurable outcomes. We work with corporate partners to plan, implement and monitor programmes across education, healthcare, environment, women’s livelihoods and community development.
From converting plastic waste into school furniture to improving vision, healthcare access and school infrastructure, our CSR partnerships aim to create impact that communities can see and experience.

Economic empowerment begins with opportunity. Upkriti's women empowerment programmes focus on giving women practical skills that can be converted into income and greater financial independence.
Through CSR partnerships, we conduct skill-development programmes including tailoring and other livelihood-oriented training. The support can extend beyond training through equipment, mentoring and opportunities for women to put their skills into practice.
One such initiative with S&P Global supports women across Karnataka with tailoring machines, helping trained women move from learning a skill to creating an income opportunity from home.
One of the outcomes has been the transition of women from homemakers to home-based entrepreneurs, with beneficiaries earning through tailoring work.
From skill development to self-reliance, the goal is to ensure that training creates an opportunity, not just a certificate.
