CSR & Impact Programmes

Our CSR programmes are built around clearly identified community needs and measurable outcomes. We work with corporate partners to plan, implement and monitor programmes across education, healthcare, environment, women’s livelihoods and community development.

From converting plastic waste into school furniture to improving vision, healthcare access and school infrastructure, our CSR partnerships aim to create impact that communities can see and experience.

Gender Equality & Awareness

Building awareness. Challenging everyday stereotypes.

Gender equality begins with awareness. Our gender equality programmes create spaces for students and young people to discuss gender roles, stereotypes, equal opportunities, respect and inclusion.

As part of this initiative, Upkriti conducted a Gender Equality awareness session at Sheshadripuram Degree College, engaging students in conversations around equality and the role young people can play in creating more inclusive communities.

These sessions encourage participants to question traditional stereotypes, understand the importance of equal opportunity and recognise that gender equality is a shared responsibility.

The programme uses dialogue and awareness to encourage young people to become more conscious of gender-based attitudes and contribute to more respectful and inclusive environments.

Eye Health & Vision Care

Undiagnosed vision problems can affect a child's education, an adult's livelihood and an entire family's quality of life. For underserved communities, accessing regular eye care can be difficult.

Recycled Desks & Benches

What begins as discarded plastic can become something valuable for a child, a desk, a bench and a better place to learn.

School Renovation & Infrastructure

For children, a safe and functional school is the foundation for learning. Yet many government schools continue to operate with ageing infrastructure and facilities that need repair or improvement.

Women’s Skill Development & Livelihoods

Economic empowerment begins with opportunity. Upkriti's women empowerment programmes focus on giving women practical skills that can be converted into income and greater financial independence.

Children & Student Welfare

Education is not limited to textbooks and examinations. Children also need opportunities to play, create, explore, stay healthy and develop confidence.

Health & Medical Assistance

For people living in remote areas, accessing regular healthcare can mean travelling long distances. This becomes particularly difficult for patients who require recurring treatments such as dialysis.
